Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant to handle LinkedIn outreach for lead generation. You will be responsible for engaging with business owners, scheduling calls, and helping expand our client's business network through effective communication and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold outreach on LinkedIn to generate leads.

Engage with business owners through personalized messaging and follow-ups.

Organize and schedule discovery calls with potential clients.

Utilize Sales Navigator and CRM tools to manage leads effectively.

Optimize LinkedIn outreach processes and suggest improvements.

Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Experience with CRM automation (Go High Level preferred).

Strong initiative and ability to optimize outreach strategies.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Comfortable engaging in phone conversations with business owners.

High D and I profile in DISC assessment (Drive & Influence).

Tools You Will Use:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Go High Level (CRM) or Any Automation tool

Microsoft Office (Spreadsheets & Documents)

AI and automation tools

Working Hours:

Part-time: 20 hours per week (spread over 2-3 days).

Must be available during Australian business hours (starting between 11 AM - 2 PM Philippine time).

Preferred Traits:

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.

Willingness to learn and implement AI tools.

Experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required.
