Job Description:

We are seeking two (2) Full-Time Real Estate Virtual Assistants who are versatile, self-starters, and ready to take on multiple roles including admin support, cold calling, listing management, and lead generation. If you're an expert at juggling tasks, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have an eye for detail—this might be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listing management and listing input

• Vendor and client follow-up calls

• Coordination with team agents to ensure task accountability

• Lead generation and cold calling

• Lead follow-up and nurturing

• Research and data entry

• Social media management

•Email
marketing and database management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a VA in real estate or similar field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Self-motivated and able to take initiative

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Honest and reliable with a drive to grow

Tools You Will Use:

• Pipedrive

• Appfile

Working Hours:

• Full-Time (40+ hours/week)
