Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Specialist to manage and optimize our client’s online presence across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for overseeing content production, fostering community engagement, and tracking performance analytics to ensure the success of each post.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Review & Quality Control: Ensure all social media content aligns with brand standards before publication.
• Content Calendar Management: Schedule posts, respond to comments, and maintain an organized content calendar.
• Content Identification: Spot high-performing content for repurposing from a library of financial literacy materials.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers to create a vibrant and interactive community.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to guide content optimization.
Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills, especially in writing engaging and compelling copy.
• Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset to maintain smooth operations.
• Ability to work independently while operating within Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Familiarity or willingness to learn basic financial literacy concepts.
• Experience using social media management tools like Asana, Agorapulse, and Slack is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving and a keen eye for identifying valuable content.

Working Hours:
• Full-Time (40 hours per week), 9 AM to 6 PM EST – Graveyard Shift

Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
• Credit score submission is mandatory.
• Must be available for work during the graveyard shift (EST time zone).
