We are looking for a GHL (GoHighLevel) Tech Assistant to guide our clients, primarily local insurance agents and business owners, in using GHL to operate and grow their businesses. You'll help optimize their use of the platform, set up automation, and integrate AI tools to improve their efficiency and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Guidance: Assist local business owners, especially insurance agents, in effectively using GoHighLevel to manage and grow their businesses.

Customized Automation: Develop and refine automation workflows tailored to each client's needs, focusing on marketing campaigns, client communication, and lead management.

Strategic Data Tracking: Guide clients in creating appropriate forms, surveys, and pipelines to effectively track strategic data. Assist in setting up tagging systems within their CRM for accurate monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators.

Technical Support and Training: Provide ongoing technical assistance to clients. Conduct training sessions to ensure they're proficient in using GHL and its automation tools.

AI Integration for Client Growth: Implement and optimize AI tools within clients' GHL setups to enhance their automation, improve lead conversion, and increase overall business efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Client Support Efficiency: Achieve a 90% satisfaction rate from clients regarding technical assistance and platform guidance.

Automation Implementation: Successfully set up and optimized automation workflows for 90% of clients within the first month of onboarding.

Data Integrity: Maintain 98% accuracy in our and clients’ CRM data and strategic tracking systems.

Training Effectiveness: Ensure 90% of clients can independently perform basic GHL operations after the first 90 days.

AI Tool Adoption: Successfully integrate and train clients on at least two new AI tools per quarter to enhance their business operations.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience with Go High Level; 2 years preferred.

• Experience in using Zapier and creating custom GPT solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex projects.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of GoHighLevel CRM, with expertise in setting up complex automations, campaigns, and integrations to streamline business operations.

• Proven track record in implementing and optimizing marketing automation systems and integrating cutting-edge AI tools to enhance client engagement and lead conversion.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen focus on technical troubleshooting and process optimization to ensure smooth operations for clients.

• Strong capacity to train and support team members on technical platforms, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Data-driven approach with proficiency in generating insightful CRM reports and leveraging analytics to drive strategic decision-making for clients.
