JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a detail-driven scheduler with a passion for keeping complex construction projects on track?

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Scheduler to develop, manage, and optimize project schedules to ensure seamless project execution. You will work closely with project teams, suppliers, and vendors, keeping everyone aligned with up-to-date schedules, risk assessments, and critical data to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and Maintain Schedules: Build, monitor, and refine project schedules that accurately reflect progress, risks, and milestones.

• Coordinate Cross-Team Efforts: Work with project teams, suppliers, and vendors to stay updated on key deliverables and report project status accurately.

• Risk Management: Track and update the project risk register, conduct "what-if" analyses, and establish contingency plans to manage potential impacts.

• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare clear, actionable reports, analyzing weekly progress to help teams make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Scope and Task Management: Use Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to manage tasks, ensuring all project elements align with schedules and goals.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project scheduling experience in construction, ideally with Primavera P6 or MS Project proficiency.

Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

• Mindset: Adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving under pressure in fast-paced environments.
