JOB DESCRIPTION


Are you passionate about building thriving online communities? Do you love connecting with people and fostering a sense of belonging? We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our growing team!

As our Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a vibrant online community. You will be the voice of the company within our community, engaging with members, creating engaging content, and fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Community Building & Engagement:

• Develop and implement community strategies to attract, engage, and retain members.

• Create and manage online platforms (forums, social media groups, etc.).

• Produce engaging content (articles, videos, polls, etc.) and moderate discussions.

• Build relationships with community members, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.

• Identify and address community needs and feedback.

Brand Advocacy & Communication:

• Represent the brand in the community, sharing information and promoting values.

• Gather feedback and insights from members to inform product development and marketing.

• Manage brand reputation by addressing negative feedback and fostering positive online conversations.

• Facilitate communication between members and the brand.

Lead Generation:

• Implement strategies to generate qualified leads from within the community.

Create targeted content and campaigns to drive conversions.

• Track and analyze lead generation efforts to optimize performance.

• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and drive sales.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute online and offline events to engage the community.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to achieve common goals.

• Analyze data and generate reports to measure community management effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing online communities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community trends.

• Ability to create engaging content and moderate discussions effectively.

• Passion for building relationships and fostering a sense of belonging.

• Data analysis and reporting skills a plus.

DETAILS:

• Starting rate of $3/HR with COMMISSIONS for every successful lead

• Working hours: 8AM-5PM CST (US Central Standard Time)


Non-Negotiables:

• Mandatory use of productivity tracking tools and screenshots.

• Must be available for graveyard shifts (Philippine time).
