We are looking for a Copywriter/Content Creator who can transform ideas into compelling messages that resonate with our target audience. Your role will be to craft effective copy for emails, social media posts, websites, and funnels while collaborating with our design, video, and automation teams. We need someone who can both adhere to our brand and leverage the StoryBrand framework to create engaging content that inspires action and drives results.

You will also be trained on how to use AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity. If you are passionate about creating content that connects with people and you love storytelling, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write clear, engaging, and persuasive content across multiple platforms, including emails, social media, websites, and funnels.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all copy adheres to AiAi Mastermind’s brand voice and connects deeply with our target audience—State Farm agents.
• StoryBrand Focus: Apply the StoryBrand framework in every piece of content, crafting stories that guide clients and prospects toward success.

• Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and automation specialists to ensure a cohesive and impactful message.

• AI Tools Usage: Learn and implement AI tools to increase efficiency in content creation and strategy.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and optimize content performance based on engagement, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Engagement Growth: Achieve a 20% increase in engagement across email and social media platforms each quarter.

• Email Success: Reach a 25% email open rate and a 10% click-through rate on key calls-to-action.

• Content Delivery: Deliver 95% of planned content on time, maintaining consistency with brand tone and objectives.

• StoryBrand Effectiveness: Consistently deliver content that follows the StoryBrand framework and improves customer journey experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•Proven Copywriting Experience: Demonstrated success in writing persuasive copy that resonates with an audience and drives results.

• Understanding of StoryBrand: Familiarity with Don Miller’s StoryBrand framework and ability to apply it in content creation.

• Collaborative Spirit: Experience working with creative teams, including designers and video editors, to produce cohesive content.

• AI Tools Knowledge: Willingness to learn and leverage AI tools to enhance content creation efficiency.

• Data-Driven: Comfortable using data to track performance and optimize content strategies.

• Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading skills and ability to maintain consistency in tone, grammar, and style across platforms. If you apply for this role make sure you have a prior experience on this.
