JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Pre-Owned Machine Buyer to find and negotiate the purchase of used machinery. This role is essential for expanding our inventory and maintaining relationships with potential sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find Prospects: Identify potential customers who want to sell their machines through online searches, referrals, and auctions.

• Gather technical information to evaluate the quality and type of machines available.

• Negotiate Purchases: Build rapport with sellers and negotiate prices and agreements.

• Maintain positive relationships with sellers for potential future sales.

• Marketing Preparation: Collaborate with the marketing manager to create promotional materials for pre-owned machines.

• Ensure the website is updated with available machines for sale.

Tools Required:

• HubSpot

• Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets)

• Excel/Google Sheets for calculations

• Phone/text communication

Qualities:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with technical understanding

• Creative and strategic thinker

• Ability to build and maintain relationships

General Information:

• Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time Zone

• Hourly Rate: $5 per hour

• Graveyard shift (Philippine Time)

• Credit score for the candidate required
