We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Executive Assistant to support our growing social media presence. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our social media efforts, assisting our Social Media Executive with a wide range of tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Social Media Executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications, filtering and prioritizing information.
• Conduct research and analyze data on social media trends, competitor activity, and audience demographics.
• Assist with the creation of social media content, including drafting captions, writing blog posts, and designing graphics.
• Manage and track social media projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare reports on social media performance, including engagement metrics, reach, and ROI.
• Engage with followers on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and questions.
• Schedule and publish content on various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions of the company, brand, or products, identifying potential issues and opportunities.
• Assist with the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns.
• Track and analyze social media data, providing insights to improve performance and strategy.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a content calendar for social media posts.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with the Social Media Executive and other team members.
• Identify and resolve issues related to social media operations and communications.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• .Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills.

DETAILS:
• Starting rate of $4/HR
• Working hours: 8AM-5PM CST (US Central Standard Time)
Non-Negotiables:
• Mandatory use of productivity tracking tools and screenshots.
• Must be available for graveyard shifts (Philippine time).
