Position: Executive Assistant
Hourly Rate: $5
Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM PDT (PACIFIC STANDARD TIME)
Key Responsibilities
• Email and Calendar Management: Organize and manage the executive team’s email inboxes and schedules, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency.
• Project Management: Coordinate tasks and projects across teams to ensure deadlines are met and work is executed with precision and attention to detail.
• Problem Solving: Collaborate with the team to identify challenges and work together to find solutions that ensure smooth operations.
• KPI Management: Assist in developing, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve team performance.
• Webinar Support: Provide assistance with the planning and execution of webinars to ensure high levels of participant satisfaction and engagement.
• AI-Assisted Copy: Contribute to AI-driven copy creation, helping to improve engagement and optimize content.
• Automated Accounting Updates: Support the review and updating of automated accounting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
• Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive: Strong initiative to identify problems and propose solutions with minimal supervision.
• Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and executives clearly and professionally.
