We are seeking an exceptional Appointment Setter - Ticket Sales Specialist to join our team. If you are hardworking, quick to learn, organized, and goal-oriented, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll be a key player in our success by driving sales, setting appointments, and enhancing our event experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Appointment Setting: Generate high-quality appointments for our coaches' booths.

Phone and Sales Skills: Communicate effectively and demonstrate talent in closing deals.

Goal-Oriented: Drive ticket sales volume and close deals to meet and exceed targets.

Team Player: Collaborate with the team on various projects and initiatives.

Quick Learner: Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Organized: Maintain meticulous records and manage tasks efficiently.

Excellent Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with team members and clients.

Collaborative Work: Ability to work effectively with a strong CEO and other team leaders.

Dynamic Environment: Capable of jumping between tasks seamlessly in a fast-paced setting.

Good Memory: Retain and recall important information quickly.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates preferred.

• No certifications required.

• Prior experience in corporate events, B2B conferences, or virtual events is a strong advantage.

• A go-getter attitude and the ability to take direction.

• Availability to work part-time during the specified hours.
