Join Our Team as a Marketing, Communications, & Agent Services Virtual Assistant!


Location: Remote

Position: Marketing Assistant

Hourly Rate: $5 per hour

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST, Monday - Friday

About Us:
We are a small real estate brokerage with about 80-90 agents at any given time. The market center administrator is in charge of running the office and has been with the company for over a year, with prior experience in property management.

Responsibilities:

Marketing and Communications: Manage social media posts, create and send email newsletters, and support outreach for classes, programs, events, and office activities.

System Development: Develop, implement, and refine systems to ensure efficient operations.

• Administrative Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, organize meetings, create agendas, and record meeting minutes.

Content Creation and Management: Develop and update content for social media, email communications, lobby slideshows, and sales meeting slideshows. Create and manage class calendars, and ensure timely update.

Social Media Management: Maintain and improve social media presence, increase interaction, and explore new content strategies to better support and engage with agents.

Website Maintenance: Update the website with new information, including agent details and market center changes.

Tools and Platforms:

• Meta Business Suite

• Google Workspace

• Command (KW specific)

• Canva

• Mailchimp

• Monday.com

Qualifications:

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Personable and friendly with strong communication skills

• Creative and able to generate new ideas

• Motivated and reliable

• Goal-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Expectations:

• Take workload/tasks off the market center administrator's plate

• Develop good communication and relationships with agents

• Build out additional job duties and find ways to help the team and market center grow

• Run with tasks and operate with little supervision

• Think through tasks and take next steps or suggest improvements

• Take ownership and run with tasks or projects, using good judgment for when feedback is needed
