About Us:
A dynamic dance studio in Singapore offering classes in K-Pop, Jazz, and Chinese DouYin dance. We are people-oriented and actively engage our community on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Red Book. Our students are mainly working adults who share a love for dance.
We’re seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to manage social media, create engaging content, support video editing, and handle administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is meticulous, creative, proactive, and experienced in design and video editing. A passion for dance or a willingness to learn about it is a plus!
Position: Social Media, Design & Admin Assistant
Hourly Rate: $5
Working Hours: 3 pm - 7 pm SGY Time (SINGAPOREAN TIME)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage social media: Schedule posts, share weekly previews (IG Stories), and update monthly class schedules.
• Design social media content using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Edit dance videos with CapCut or other video/audio editing software.
•Create engaging video content for social platforms.
• Perform admin tasks to support the studio's operations.
• Stay updated on the latest K-Pop songs, dance trends, and DouYin dance content.
Qualifications:
• Experience in social media management, design, video editing, and admin tasks.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
• Meticulous, efficient, and proactive in approach.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
• Creative problem-solver with a people-oriented mindset.
• Interest in dance is an advantage (formal dance background not required).
