JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our growing team and support business operations from the comfort of your home. We manage real estate projects, including long-term and short-term rentals. Our husband-and-wife team handles everything from property renovations to guest services. As we grow our business, we also focus on maintaining balance in our family life. If you're passionate about real estate and want to support a dynamic team, we’d love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

•Manage Administrative Tasks: Keep digital files organized and complete daily tasks accurately.

• Email Management: Respond to emails promptly and draft communications as needed.

•Scheduling: Organize appointments, meetings, and maintain a calendar for the team.

•Customer Service Support: Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent support.

•Real Estate Assistance: Help coordinate renovation projects and manage short-term rentals.

•Household Support: Assist with planning family activities and scheduling appointments.

•Team Coordination: Communicate with team members to ensure projects stay on track.

Requirements:

•Strong organizational and time management skills.

•Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Tools Required:

•Project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Airtable)

• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Internet and email platforms


Work Details:

Hourly Rate: $5

Work Hours: 20-29 hours per week

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Work Hours: Between 9 AM to 5 PM EST
