A State Farm agent, has been proudly serving rural communities in Iowa since 2015. We specialize in providing personalized insurance solutions that protect homes, vehicles, and financial futures. As we expand into neighbouring states like Illinois, Minnesota, and Missouri, we’re seeking two highly skilled Virtual Assistants to support our outbound cold-calling efforts and provide administrative support

We are looking for proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistants who can assist with outbound cold calling, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), AI-generated marketing, and other administrative tasks. You will play a critical role in helping us grow our client base while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Position: Outbound Cold Calling and SOP Specialist

Hourly Rate: $5

Working Hours: To be discussed - CST (CENTRAL STANDARD TIME)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calling to generate leads using tools like Cole x-dates, Google Voice, and Excel.
• Perfect word tracks and build quick rapport with prospects to achieve appointment goals.

• Assist in creating and implementing SOPs and documentation using AI tools and Notion.
• Develop visually appealing Notion sites for SOPs.

• Support AI-generated marketing campaigns and virtual branding initiatives.

• Occasionally provide personal assistance to the agency owner.

• Collaborate on MS Office and social media platforms to execute marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with outbound calling, lead generation, or sales is preferred.

• Ability to take high-level ideas and transform them into actionable SOPs with minimal guidance.

• Technically savvy with a strong understanding of Notion, AI tools, and MS Office.

• Creative, organized, and a problem solver with excellent people skills.

• Comfortable with soft tones and clear communication, as the owner is mildly hearing impaired (30%).

• Available to work mid to late afternoons for outbound calling; other tasks can be completed during standard business hours with flexibility.

• Must provide a credit score (required for this role).

Tools You Will Use:,

• Cole X-Dates: For lead generation and contact managment.
• Google Voice: To manage outbound calls and communication.

• Notion: For creating and organizing SOPs in a visually appealing format.

• AI Tools: For generating marketing content and automating processes.

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel): For documentation and data managemnet.

• Social Media Platforms: To assist with branding and marketing efforts.

• Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier: For creating visual content (preferred but not mandatory).

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.

• Graveyard Shift (Philippine Time)

• Credit score for the candidate required.
