Job Description:

As an Executive Assistant and SOP Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' marketing and operational growth. Your primary focus will be creating and organizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), developing AI-driven marketing content, and enhancing our virtual branding efforts. You’ll also help organize processes in Notion, ensuring a system that’s both efficient and visually appealing.

This is a part-time, remote position, offering flexibility to work around standard business hours while also having time for independent tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and organize SOPs with minimal guidance

• Assist with creating AI-driven content and support virtual branding and marketing initiatives

• Build and maintain a Notion-based system for streamlining SOPs

• Support cold-calling efforts and coordinate appointment setting

• Design and implement consistent virtual marketing assets for client branding

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with Notion, AI tools, MS Office, and social media platforms

• Ability to translate high-level ideas into actionable, organized steps

• Capable of working autonomously and delivering quality results

• Problem-solving skills in dynamic, evolving situations

Tools You Will Use:

• Notion

• AI content generation tools

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)


Working Hours:

• This is a part-time position (20 hours per week). Some tasks will be performed during business hours in CST, while other tasks (such as content creation) can be done during flexible hours. Some cold-calling work may need to occur in the mid-to-late afternoon (CST).

• Screenshot and productivity tracking required

• Credit score (Credit check required)

• Schedule flexibility to align with CST, including mid-afternoon hours

• Must have reliable internet and home office setup
