We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic support, excel in project management, and effectively coordinate teams to drive company growth and success.
Position: Executive Assistant/Project Manager
Hourly Rate: $5
Working Hours: 10:30 am – 3:30 pm EST (EASTERN STANDARD TIME)
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Support: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
• Project Management Excellence: Utilize Monday.com or similar project management tools to track and execute multiple projects successfully.
• Team Coordination: Effectively communicate and motivate staff, ensuring alignment with goals and contribution to company success.
• Operational Organization: Maintain an organized workflow, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient day-to-day activities.
• Memory Mastery: Demonstrate a fantastic memory for project details, deadlines, and staff responsibilities.
• Brain Dump Facilitation: Conduct brain dumps to capture and organize thoughts, ideas, and tasks for senior management.
• Project Oversight: Assign projects and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Meeting Management: Conduct weekly meetings to review project status, discuss challenges, and ensure team accountability.
• Effective Communication: Articulate project goals, provide clear instructions, and offer feedback and support to the team.
• Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and contribute to overall sales growth.
• Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Customer Service Oversight: Maintain high satisfaction levels and encourage repeat business through effective customer service.
• Financial Monitoring: Assist with budget tracking and financial oversight to ensure projects stay within allocated resources.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Adaptability and Change Management: Agile in adapting to changes, leading through transitions with resilience.
• Social Media Management: Create engaging social media content (video and graphics) and manage client social media platforms.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role, managing multiple projects successfully.
• Expertise in using Monday.com or equivalent project management tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a fantastic memory.
• Outstanding communication abilities to motivate staff and maintain high team morale.
• Ability to facilitate brain dumps for strategic planning and task delegation.
• Capability to work closely with management to streamline operations and achieve company goals.
