Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Facebook marketing, have a keen eye for graphic design, and possess a strong background in social media. If you’re someone who takes initiative, brings fresh ideas, and enjoys both the creative and strategic sides of social media, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for social media that align with brand guidelines.

• Plan and execute social media strategies, focusing on Facebook

• Develop marketing ideas and content to enhance online presence.

• Actively engage with online audiences, fostering community and brand awareness.

• Consistently take initiative to propose and implement creative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design and social media marketing, especially on Facebook.

• Strong understanding of current trends in social media and content creation.
• Creative thinker with a background in marketing.

• Proactive, organized, and capable of handling projects with minimal supervision.

Tools You Will Use:

• Graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)

• Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

• Facebook Ads Manager (if applicable)

Position Details:

• Position: Social Media/Graphic Designer

• Hourly Rate:$5/hour

• Working Hours:8 AM - 5 PM (AEST)

• Shift: Day Shift (Philippine Time)

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.

• Must have a credit score check.
