Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant with a strong background in social media management to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support while contributing to our social media presence, client engagement, and internal processes. You’ll collaborate directly with management to optimize calendars, handle client outreach, and create engaging content that strengthens our online brand

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Create, schedule, and manage content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.

• Edit and repurpose social media content for maximum engagement and visibility.


Client Outreach & Engagement:

• Assist with client communication and outreach to build relationships, maintain a positive community, and increase brand visibility.

• Track client payments, billing, and ensure smooth financial processes.

Administrative Support:

• Manage calendars and emails to keep schedules organized and ensure tasks are on track.

• Assist with video editing to create polished and engaging content for social media.

• Help plan and execute virtual events and community outreach to expand our network and client base.

Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with management to streamline workflows and enhance internal systems for improved efficiency.
• Manage automation tools and systems to ensure smooth client engagement and service delivery.

Qualifications:

•Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with a strong background in social media management.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail and consistency.

• Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and take initiative.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear, direct, and professional interactions.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to give and receive constructive feedback effectively.

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM EST (Graveyard Shift)

• Consistent and dedicated to helping maintain focus and structure.

• Values honesty, reliability, and follows through on commitments.

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracking required.

• Credit score check (required for this role).

• Must be available during the specified working hours (Graveyard Shift, EST).
