Job Opportunity: Virtual Assistant for Customer Service & Data Entry

We’re seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our customer service and data entry operations. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong problem-solver, and can bring creativity to ensure efficient milestone tracking and smooth customer interactions. Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week, with potential for up to 40 hours)

Pay Rate: $5 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Maintain and enter accurate information in our systems, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

• Milestone Tracking: Keep track of project milestones, updating and managing timelines effectively.

• Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

Tools & Software:

• Internal Software System: Company-specific software for managing data and customer information.
• Cargowise: Used for managing logistics and tracking.

• Xero: For managing financial data and bookkeeping tasks.

Work Schedule:

• Hours: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Hong Kong Time(Note: Future flexibility may be required as the role grows.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and creative problem-solving skills.

• Qualities: Meticulous, accurate, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience: Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or milestone tracking is preferred.
