Job Description: We are seeking a Christian-oriented, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager to help manage schedules, client interactions, and social media for Uplifted Brands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing communications, organizing client support systems, and keeping projects on track to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Email & Schedule Management: Oversee emails, keep appointments organized, and provide timely reminder.
• Social Media Coordination: Manage social media platforms, upload content from calls, and ensure consistent posting.
• Client Support Materials: Design presentation slides and workbooks for courses.
• Webinars & Meetings: Set up and facilitate Zoom webinars, manage Calendly for automation and reminders.
• Platform Management: Experience with Kajabi and Skool is a plus, as well as general management of Google Workspace and Canva.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in administrative support and social media management.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Kajabi, Skool, Google Workspace, Canva, and Claude AI.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills with a joyful, flexible, and solution-driven mindset.
• Ability to self-manage and maintain a high level of responsiveness.
Tools You Will Use:
Software: Zoom, Kajabi, Skool, Google Workspace, Canva, Claude AI.
Working Hours: Part-Time, 20 hrs/week, 3:30 PM - 9:00 AM MT

• Credit score check is mandatory for this role.
• Hours are based on MT time zone.
