Job Description: We are looking for a Virtual Assistant skilled in social media marketing and student support. The ideal candidate will manage online engagement, promote events, create multimedia content, and assist with communication to enhance the online student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to foster community engagement.

• Create promotional materials, newsletters, and videos for web content.

• Engage with students through email and social media, answering inquiries and sending reminders.

• Support teachers in organizing and managing virtual classes and live calls.

• Monitor community forums and platforms to ensure active participation and responsiveness.


Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with excellent English communication.

• Open-minded, compassionate, and patient demeanor.

• Creativity and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic schedule.

• Proficiency with GHL, Canva, and ChatGPT is highly desirable.


Tools You Will Use:

• Canva

• GHL (Go High Level)

• ChatGPT

Working Hours: 30 hours per week, part-time. Flexibility is required, with some sessions extending until 7 PM Central Time (Graveyard Shift).

• Organized, proactive problem solver who can work independently.

• People-oriented and compassionate, able to provide warm and responsive support.

• Eager to learn and contribute to a supportive online community.


Non-Negotiables:

• Productivity monitoring with screenshots and time tracking is required.

• Must be able to work U.S. time zones (Graveyard Shift).
