Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our client's multifaceted responsibilities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and loves to help organize and streamline both personal and professional tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CEO calendar scheduling with precision and efficiency.
• Draft and respond to emails, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Coordinate social media marketing efforts, including content creation and scheduling.
• Organize and manage data through platforms like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Conduct thorough market research and compile actionable insights.
• Assist in creating professional documents and report.
• Support staffing needs, including preliminary interviews for job candidates.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media management and content creation is an advantage.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on results.
Tools You Will Use:
• Canva
• Mailchimp
• Excel / Google Sheets
Working Hours:
• Part-Time: 10-19 hours per week.$5/hr.7 AM - 11 AM CST.

• Organized, people-oriented, and creative.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
• Graveyard Shift: Must be comfortable working US time zones (7 AM - 11 AM CST).
