JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant specializing in LinkedIn lead generation and nurturing. In this role, you will focus on managing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, conducting outreach, and converting leads into scheduled exploration calls. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and ability to engage prospects effectively are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

-Execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

-Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and nurture leads professionally.

-Manage direct communication with prospects, ensuring excellent English communication skills.

-Schedule exploration calls and maintain an organized pipeline.

-Utilize custom GPT AI tools for outreach efficiency.

-Maintain detailed and accurate reports of leads and activities.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation and customer outreach.

-Exceptional English communication skills (both written and spoken).

-Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools is a plus.

Tools You Will Use:

-LinkedIn Sales Navigator

-Custom GPT AI tools

-Productivity tracker (screenshot and activity monitoring required)

Working Hours:

-Part-Time: 20 hours per week

-Shift: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST (Graveyard Shift)

-Hourly Rate: $5 per hour

-Adaptable and aware of trends in LinkedIn outreach

Non-Negotiables:

-A screenshot and productivity tracker are required.

-Compliance with working hours (Graveyard Shift).
