Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and personable Administrative Assistant to support FARE’s outreach and brand marketing efforts. This role will focus on managing communications, building connections, and promoting the brand to help FARE grow. Ideal candidates will bring creativity, organization, and a deep commitment to embracing FARE’s culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outreach & Networking: Initiate and manage connections with key contacts to expand FARE’s brand presence.
• Marketing Support: Assist with marketing campaigns, coordinate social media and LinkedIn outreach, and help spread awareness of FARE’s mission.
• Communication Management: Organize communications through email, LinkedIn, and Slack to keep outreach initiatives consistent and responsive.
• Administrative Support: Keep track of outreach records, maintain organized Google Workspace files, and provide general admin support.
Qualifications:
• Strong experience in administrative support, marketing, or outreach roles.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and Slack.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Outgoing and flexible with a “people-first” mindset.
Tools You Will Use:
• Software: Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Slack
• Working Hours: Part-Time, 20 hrs/week, 8 am - 2 pm CST
Preferred Traits:
• Friendly and outgoing personality, comfortable with networking and outreach.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Creative thinker who embraces FARE’s culture and values.
Non-Negotiables:
• Must align work hours to CST time zone.
• Must adhere to the scheduled working hours (Graveyard Shift for CST).
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
