Are you a customer service superstar with excellent organizational skills looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity?


Job Description:

We’re hiring a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce client. This role focuses on customer service excellence and seamless administrative operations to help the business thrive.


Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally respond to customer inquiries about stock, shipping, and general questions via email.

• Review and process wholesale customer inquiries.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date contact lists using Excel.

• Assist with trade show prep, including scheduling meetings with potential customers and following up afterward.

• Ensure a friendly, professional tone in all communications.

What You Bring:

• Expertise in Shopify for order and customer management.

• Proficiency in Excel for data organization and tracking.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, etc.).

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• A proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.

• Adaptability to learn new tools and processes quickly.


Tools You’ll Use:

• Shopify

• Excel

• Microsoft Office Suite


Work Schedule:

• Part-Time: 20 hours per week (4 hours/day).

• Hours: 12 PM to 4 PM Eastern Time (Graveyard Shift).

• Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

• Eager to grow and take on new challenges.

• Must strictly follow designated work hours.
