Job Description: We are looking for a Client Happiness Manager to respond to clients, manage communications, and organize appointments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients and respond promptly via GHL.

• Create email templates and snippets for efficient communication.

• Books and manage appointments.

• Craft SOPs to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like GHL, ChatGPT, and Facebook Business Manager.

• Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.

Tools You Will Use:

• GHL

• ChatGPT

• Facebook Business Manager

Working Hours:

• 30 hours per week

• Flexible within PST and Australian time zones.

• Honest, organized, and reliable.

• Fun, enthusiastic, and teachable.

• Ambitious and consistent.

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.

• Credit score for the candidate required.

• Graveyard Shift ( PH time )

Pay: Php 37,500.00 - Php 38,280.00 per month
