Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time, Philippines-based Virtual Assistant with exceptional GoHighLevel expertise to join our team. This role will focus on managing agency accounts, implementing automations, and providing outstanding customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will work remotely, collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional results for our growing client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage client accounts within GoHighLevel, including configuration of workflows, automations, and custom solutions
- Create and optimize automation sequences using GoHighLevel's native tools
- Configure and maintain integrations between GoHighLevel and other platforms using N8N, Make, and Zappier
- Develop and implement AI chatbot and voicebot solutions for clients
- Onboard new clients with clear, professional communication and support
- Train clients on platform usage and best practices
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Assist with reporting and analytics to demonstrate client success
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our systems and processes
- Stay current with updates and new features in GoHighLevel and other relevant tools
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) with GoHighLevel platform
- Advanced knowledge of GoHighLevel automation capabilities
- Experience with N8N, Make, and Zappier integration tools
- Proficiency in setting up and managing AI chatbots and voicebots
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service orientation and patience when working with clients
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
- Ability to work in compatible hours with our US operations
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting compensation: $5 per hour
- Performance-based opportunity to earn up to $8 per hour after 6 months of training and skill evaluation
