Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and personable Virtual Assistant to serve as a secretary and customer service representative. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, support field technicians, and manage follow-ups while maintaining a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering and managing customer phone calls.
• Providing support to technicians working in the field.
• Conducting follow-ups to ensure excellent customer service.
• Staying on top of scheduling and updates via our CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Creative thinker and problem solver with a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Availability during specified working hours.
Tools You Will Use:
• Workiz (CRM – don’t worry, training will be provided).
Working Hours:
• Full-Time Position.
• 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Houston, Texas time - CST).
• Saturday, Sunday, and four additional weekdays of your choice.
Preferred Traits:
• Highly dependable and reliable.
• Detail-oriented and attentive.
• Positive "can-do" attitude.
Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
• Graveyard shift (U.S. time zone).
• Consistent adherence to agreed-upon working hours.
