Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to manage marketing and creative design projects. In this role, you will create visually stunning designs, manage social media, and ensure our brand's presence is consistent and compelling. You will also handle various marketing tasks to promote and enhance our practice’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit videos and create engaging reels for social media platform.
• Design handouts, flyers, and creative advertisements.
• Manage Instagram posts and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Create blogs using video transcripts and AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Update and edit the Shopify-hosted website.
• Craft compelling email campaigns using ActiveCampaign.
• Set up webinars to promote services.
• Potentially manage Facebook ads.
• Adhere strictly to our rebranding guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in graphic design and marketing.
• Familiarity with video editing (Descript preferred).
• Proficiency with ActiveCampaign and Shopify.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A proactive, type-A personality who anticipates needs and solves problems effectively.
Tools You Will Use:
• Descriptfor video editing.
• ActiveCampaign for email marketing.
• Shopifyfor website management.
• Various design and social media management tools.
Working Hours:
• Part-Time:20 hours per week.
• Time Zone: Pacific Time (Graveyard Shift)

• Graveyard shift availability (US Pacific Time).
