JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role will focus on a combination of digital marketing, administrative tasks, sales support, and graphic design to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Engage with potential clients through responsive and professional communication.

-Design and build compelling landing pages for online courses.

-Assist with video editing for course materials and promotional content.

-Manage and schedule through tools like Google Calendar, ClickFunnels, and Zoom.

-Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and administrative support.

-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to problem-solve creatively and adapt to evolving priorities.

-Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for connecting with people.

-Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Google Calendar, and ClickFunnels is a must.

Tools You Will Use:

-Zoom

-Google Calendar & Email

-ClickFunnels

Working Hours:

-Part-Time: 10 hours per week

-11 AM – 1 PM CST (Graveyard Shift)

-Screenshot and productivity tracker required.

-Adherence to scheduled working hours (Graveyard Shift in the US timezone).
