Job Description:
We are looking for two highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates are problem solvers, have strong attention to detail, and can efficiently manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing emails, organizing inboxes, and responding as necessary
• Adding files and tasks to workflow software for seamless operations
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in administrative duties
• Supporting the team by handling clerical and organizational tasks
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a changing work environment
• A positive mindset and willingness to ask follow-up questions
• Experience with Outlook and Excel preferred (Canopy experience is a plus; training will be provided)
Tools You Will Use:
• Outlook
• Excel
• Canopy (training available)
Working Hours:
• Full-Time (40 hours per week)
• 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time
• Graveyard Shift (For Philippine-based applicants)
Preferred Traits:
• Diligent and detail-oriented
• A people person with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Non-Negotiables:
1. Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
2. Credit score check required.
3. Must be available to work during US business hours (Eastern Time) - Graveyard Shift.
