Job Description:
We are looking for two highly organized and diligent Virtual Assistants to join our team as Bookkeepers. If you have a positive mindset, can adapt to a dynamic work environment, and love solving problems, this role is perfect for you! Your primary responsibilities will include recording transactions, performing reconciliations, and booking journal entries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately record financial transactions.
• Perform reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.
• Book journal entries as needed.
• Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and Canopy (willing to train on Canopy).
• Maintain clear and organized financial records.
• Assist with payroll and other accounting-related tasks.
• Ask follow-up questions to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Qualifications:
• Experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• A flexible and adaptable approach in a changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude.
Tools You Will Use:
• QuickBooks
• Excel
• Canopy (training provided)
Working Hours:
• Full-Time (40 hours per week)
• 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time (Graveyard Shift)

3. Graveyard Shift (US Timezone) compliance.
