Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with Sales Support tasks. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the sales team, ensuring accurate data management, compliance, quality control, and occasionally assisting with onboarding. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys helping teams achieve efficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle compliance tasks and manage complaints.
• Perform quality control (QC) on processes and documents.
• Assist with onboarding as a backup when needed.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and task completion.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe (E-sign).
• Familiarity with Dropbox or similar file-sharing tools.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Prior experience in a support or administrative role is a plus.

Working Hours:
Full-time (40 hours/week), 9 AM – 5 PM EST.

Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.

• Must work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours (9 AM - 5 PM).
