Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for cold calling, researching clients, updating CRM systems, and helping schedule follow-up calls with interested prospects. This is a part-time, remote position where your ability to manage customer interactions and conduct research will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cold call potential clients and conduct outreach.
• Research customers’ businesses from available materials.
• Update CRM with details of customer interactions.
• Schedule follow-up calls with interested prospects and Point3D representatives.
• Utilize Apollo.io, ZoHo CRM and SalesIQ, RingCentral, and Google Docs or Microsoft Office to manage communications and data.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Resilience in the face of rejection.
• Good basic product knowledge.
• Ability to actively listen to customer needs and respond accordingly.
• Experience with CRM tools (preferably ZoHo CRM) is a plus.
• Comfortable using tools like Apollo.io, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.
Tools You Will Use:
• ZoHo CRM and SalesIQ
• RingCentral
• Google Docs or Microsoft Office
Working Hours:
• Part-time (20 hours per week)
• At least 4 hours between 8 AM - 5 PM CST for calls. Research can be completed off-hours.

• A people person who can connect with clients.
•Creative and resourceful, able to think outside the box.
• Cheerful disposition, even in challenging situations.
Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
• Credit score check required.
• Must be available to work at least 4 hours between 8 AM - 5 PM CST (availability for calls).
