Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant with advanced expertise in Go High Level. This role involves managing executive schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing inboxes, and -----leveraging Go High Level to optimize campaigns and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
-Administrative Support:
-Proficiency in Go High Level
-Manage and optimize Go High-Level agency accounts and SaaS functions.
-Set up and monitor campaigns, funnels, and automation workflows.
-Generate reports and analytics to track campaign performance.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the platform.
Communication and Coordination:
-Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients.
-Handle correspondence across multiple channels (email, chat, phone) to ensure timely responses.
-Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
-Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute follow-ups to stakeholders.
General Office Management:
-Maintain digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
-Conduct research to support executive decision-making.
-Assist with onboarding and training of new team members, if required.
-Manage subscriptions, contracts, and vendor communications.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (preferably 2+ years).
-Advanced proficiency in Go High Level, including agency accounts and SaaS features (preferably 2+ years).
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Tech-savvy
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.

Working Hours:
-Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST | Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)
Compensation: Starting rate: $5/hour

-A screenshot and productivity tracker are required.
-Time of work hours: Graveyard Shift (US Timezone).
