We are a leading provider of oral surgery services. We are looking for a long-term, reliable, and kind Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role requires someone who is highly organized, friendly, and dedicated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service.

Job Description:

As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, confirming appointments, verifying insurance, and managing various front office tasks. This is a full-time remote position that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

-Answer patient phone calls and provide excellent customer service.

-Multi-task between handling calls, verifying insurance, and scheduling appointments.

-Confirm and schedule patient appointments.

-Manage administrative tasks in Open Dental and Weave systems.

-Access insurance websites to verify coverage.

Qualifications:

-Female

-At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (customer service, front office, medical/dental admin).

-Friendly, kind, and patient-focused personality.

-Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

-Customer service-oriented with a team-player attitude.

-Previous experience in a medical or dental office is a plus, but not required.

-Familiarity with Open Dental and Weave is a plus.
