Job Description:
We are seeking a results-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Outbound Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing warm leads, and setting appointments for key executives. Your ability to communicate effectively, research potential clients, and drive sales growth will be crucial to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to acquire new business and follow up on warm leads.
Schedule appointments for the CEO and Account Managers.
Conduct research on potential clients and industries to identify sales opportunities.
Utilize HubSpot to manage leads and track engagement.
Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator VA to align outreach strategies.
Maintain a professional, personable, and local-sounding communication style.
Qualifications:
Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales.
Excellent English communication skills with a natural and engaging tone.
Background or familiarity with IT, security systems, or technology is a plus (training provided).
Self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Relentless and driven to pursue leads and close deals.

Communication and scheduling platforms
Working Hours:
Full-Time (40 hours per week)
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sydney Time (Australian Eastern Daylight Time)
1-hour lunch break

Work hours are fixed to Sydney time.
