Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Creation Specialist who excels in Affiliate Marketing & Growth Management. Your primary focus will be creating compelling marketing content, driving lead generation, and increasing audience engagement across digital platforms. You will also be responsible for minimal sales activities, including closing deals without calls.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive affiliate program revenue.

Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and other platforms.

Optimize paid and organic lead generation strategies.

Use AI and video editing tools to create faceless content.

Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Work independently to solve problems and drive results.

Qualifications

3 plus years Marketing Expert – Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.

Copywriting & Persuasion – Ability to craft compelling headlines, ads, and posts that drive action.

Paid & Organic Traffic – Experience running ads on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or Google.

AI & Video Content – Comfortable using tools like HeyGen, CapCut, and ElevenLabs.

Data-Driven Decision-Making – Track performance, analyze conversion rates, and optimize accordingly.

Independent & Entrepreneurial – Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results.
