JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support financial operations, maintain records, and ensure accurate reporting. If you have experience in financial tracking, invoicing, and payroll, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.

Maintain and update financial documents, spreadsheets, and ledgers.

Assist in preparing financial reports and tax documents.

Handle data entry for accounting software (QuickBooks).

Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and collections.

Assist in budget tracking and financial forecasting.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Organize and maintain financial records and filing systems.

Provide administrative support to the accounting department.

Qualifications:

Experience with Stripe.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience in payroll, invoicing, and financial tracking.

Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.

Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)
