JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing multiple social media accounts, creating and optimizing marketing content, engaging with audiences, and executing email campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is tech-savvy, and can independently manage marketing tasks while providing strategic input.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure project deliverables are met.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Communicate project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.

Implement best practices for project management processes and workflows.

Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello,
Monday.com, or similar).

Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholders.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with remote team management is a plus.

Communication Tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

Working Hours:

Full-time position

Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)

Rate: $4/hr
