Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our team. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial processes, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple Gmail accounts
• Prepare and review timesheets for payroll using Canopy
• Create and process invoices in Canopy
• Enter and categorize monthly expenses into Canopy
• Organize and manage various checklists using Google Sheets
• Create SOPs using Loom for newly developed administrative procedures
• Maintain and manage employee attendance forms
• Ensure smooth administrative operations and assist with other related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and quick to learn new tools and processes
• Experience with bookkeeping or administrative tasks is a plus
Tools You Will Use:
• Canopy
• GSuite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
• Notion
• Loom
Working Hours & Compensation:
• Part-Time: 20 hours per week
• Schedule: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST (with potential to increase to 6 hours/day)
• Hourly Rate: $5 per hour

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required
• Credit score check required
• Graveyard Shift: US Timezone (PST)
