Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Social Media Virtual Assistant to support a fast-paced and creative individual. You will handle administrative tasks, research, social media management, and IT-related duties to optimize productivity and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct research on various topics and present findings concisely.
-Communicate with companies to obtain offers and manage subscriptions (including cancellations).
-Organize travel arrangements, including flight searches.
-Assist in structuring documents for clarity and organization.
-Create engaging and visually appealing quote posts for social media.
-Maintain brand consistency in all communications.
-Collaborate on strategy development and brainstorming sessions.
-Monitor and assist with IT tasks, such as firewall checks, virus scans, and data backups.
-Schedule and post content on social media, ensuring engagement with followers.
-Generate creative ideas for apparel designs.
Qualifications:

-Strong research and organizational skills.

-Experience in social media content creation and engagement.

Working Hours:
Part-time: 20 hours per week 10 am 2 pm CET (Madrid time) with potential to grow in full time
Flexible working hours with mandatory Monday and Friday meetings
