Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a real estate business in transaction coordination, database management, and lead tracking. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-managed once trained, and able to work collaboratively to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and execute all non-client-facing tasks related to pre-listing and contract-to-close checklists.
-Handle email and database management to ensure accurate records and smooth communication.
-Track and source leads, analyze ROI, and maintain lead management systems.
-Organize and manage transaction documentation using industry tools.
-Collaborate effectively with the team to meet deadlines and operational goals.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in real estate support, transaction coordination, or related administrative roles.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach.
-Ability to work independently after training and meet deadlines consistently.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Boomtown (CRM)
-Sisu (Transaction Management/Tracking)
-MLS
Working Hours:
-Full-time position: 40 hours per week
-Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (Graveyard Shift)

Non-Negotiables:
-Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
-Work hours must be adhered to strictly.
-Must be able to work in the US time zone (Graveyard Shift).
