Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Construction Estimator to assist in preparing proposals and bids. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the construction industry, preferably with knowledge of building in Florida/USA.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare accurate and competitive construction proposals and bids.
-Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to develop estimates.
-Utilize Microsoft programs and Bluebeam Revu for estimating and documentation.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in estimates.
-Maintain organized records of past and ongoing bids.
-Assisting in Shop drawing reviews
-Keep accurate records of project plans, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
-Assist in the creation of progress reports, daily logs, and other documents that provide updates on the project's status.
-Assist in contract administration including contracts, change orders and other agreements.
-Monitor and track project costs, including purchases, change orders, and labor costs.
-Review and process contractor and supplier invoices, ensuring they align with the project's budget and scope.
-Work with the project manager to help establish timelines and deadlines for project milestones.
-Track and report on the progress of construction tasks, ensuring that all aspects of the project are on schedule.
-Help in ordering materials and managing their delivery schedules to ensure the site has the required supplies on time.
-Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and manage any supply chain issues.
-Help with subcontractor procurement, ensuring they have the necessary tools, materials, and equipment to complete their work.
-Help identify and resolve any issues that arise during the course of construction, such as delays or conflicts between contractors.
-Support the development of strategies to manage and mitigate project risks.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in General Contracting.
Plumbing or HVAC experience
Construction related degree
Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
Experience in the Florida/USA construction industry preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft programs and Bluebeam Revu.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently.

Working Hours:
-Full-time: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Graveyard Shift (as per US timezone)
