Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to help manage social media, funnels, and client interactions using StandoutFunnels AI. If you’re passionate about digital marketing and enjoy working in a dynamic online environment, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage social media posts, planning, and engagement
-Oversee and optimize StandoutFunnels AI for marketing campaigns
-Handle direct messages (DMs) and client communications
-Upsell clients using the StandoutFunnels platform
-Assist with additional administrative and digital marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in social media management and/or funnel software is a plus
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
-Sales experience or knowledge of upselling techniques is a plus
Tools You Will Use:
-StandoutFunnels AI
-Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
-Other relevant tools as needed
Working Hours:
-Part-Time (20 hours per week)
-8 AM - 5 PM CST (Graveyard Shift for international applicants)

Non-Negotiables:
-Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
-Must adhere to designated working hours (Graveyard Shift for CST timezone).
