JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Administrative/Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and purpose-driven organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing processes, handling client relations, and assisting with social media and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and improve process management

• Maintain client relationships with professionalism and care

• Schedule and post social media content

• Support the main VA in daily operations

• Edit web pages and documents as needed

• Track and report marketing and sales metrics

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to learning new tools

• Honest, committed, and self-directed

• Able to work efficiently and independently

• A people person who is sensitive to the needs of others

• Fun and creative problem solver

Tools You Will Use:

• Kajabi

• Google Suite

• Asana

• AI-powered tools and software

Working Hours & Compensation:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week

• 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern Time (with one-hour unpaid lunch)

• Hourly Rate: $5/hr

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Graveyard shift required for PH-based applicants
