Job Description:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-driven Land Researcher with a civil engineering background to help identify potential land for development. This is not a sales or acquisition role. Instead, you will primarily work with maps and development tools to assess the viability of properties. If you’re skilled in AutoCAD and love discovering development possibilities, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze maps and land data to identify potential development opportunities

Conduct research on zoning, land use, and development feasibility

Use AutoCAD to interpret or create basic site layouts and land use plans

Compile reports and summarize findings for internal teams

Support lead generation and project completion

Coordinate and collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers as needed

Qualifications:

Background in Civil Engineering or a related field

Familiarity with land development and zoning concepts

Proficient in reading and analyzing maps

Experience or working knowledge of AutoCAD

Excellent analytical and research skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good written and verbal communication

Tools You Will Use:

AutoCAD

Google Maps / GIS software

Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

Project management and productivity tools

Working Hours:

Full-Time

Monday -Friday 9 AM to 6 PM CST

US Timezone – Graveyard Shift
