Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a creative and communicative Executive Assistant who can take the reins on social media content creation and management. You’ll be handling content development, scheduling, graphic design, and video editing across multiple platforms. Bonus if you’ve got experience with paid ads!

Key Responsibilities:

-Create and edit engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

-Design eye-catching graphics and short-form videos

-Schedule posts and manage community engagement

-Track metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

-Collaborate closely via clear communication tools like WhatsApp

-Manage and run paid ads on FB/IG

Qualifications:

-Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

-Creative and experienced in social media content creation

-Coachable, organized, and a strong self-starter

-Able to think independently while staying aligned with the vision

-Problem solver with a get-it-done mindset

Tools You Will Use:

-Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube

-Canva (or similar design tools)

-Video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)

-WhatsApp (for communication)

-Scheduling tools like Buffer or Later

Working Hours:

Part-Time (20 hours/week)
