Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Executive Virtual Assistant to support a successful real estate business. You will be responsible for a mix of administrative, operational, and organizational tasks. Your role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by helping the client stay organized, process-driven, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support in Preparing and manage real estate documents, contracts, and offers.
• Conduct research on properties and organize information.
• Manage and organize calendars, and schedules.
• Help define, design, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support with general admin tasks and weekend operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and maintain clear workflows.
• Someone who has followup boss experience to make actions plans and lead follow-up systems
• Weekly client management report to client
• Helping with marketing in social media and canva
• Have a knowledge of a Real Estate that help a realtor before
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
• Tech-savvy with strong Google Workspace knowledge.
• Emotionally intelligent and able to work well under pressure.
• Enthusiastic and collaborative

Working Hours:
• Part-Time: 20 hours per week
• Schedule:Monday to Friday 10am- 4PMEST -Flexible (Graveyard Shift)
